And join our very own life coach, Anne Woodman, will be offering a New Moon intention setting practice to those who are interested!
Community sauna provides an opportunity to join others (a maximum of 6) in a shared sauna experience. By booking this spot, you are reserving one seat on the bench. You will sauna with fellow community members and make new friends! A Selkie Hostess will take care of all the details for you.
The Selkie Sauna will be parked to the far right of the parking area/boat ramp and your cold plunge will be Long Pond. Water shoes, booties, sandals, or Crocs are a welcomed choice for water entry.
