With a mobile sauna, you get to take part in a sauna experience in a variety of locations. A member of the Selkie Sauna fleet can easily be placed by many of your favorite spots to enjoy the surroundings through the sauna’s glass window and door. Perfect for a bridal shower, company event, birthday, a day with friends, and much more!

In the forest or by the sea
All private sauna rentals include the following:
One of our mobile, cedar, wood-fired saunas
Free delivery and pickup anywhere on Mount Desert Island.* We will provide a quote for extra travel based on location and rental duration.
Two bundles of dried hardwood. We sell additional bundles for $10/bundle if needed
Essential oils to add to the steam
Cold plunge tub and hose (as requested - additional $50 fee. Location must have access to running water)

Mobile Sauna Add-On
Want to make your mobile sauna rental even more hygge, by adding a cozy, outdoor fire-pit to the experience? Selkie Sauna is thrilled to now offer the opportunity to rent a Solo® Bonfire smokeless, backyard fire pit with your private rental. Anywhere from 1-7 days, the cost of this add-on is $50. Please inquiry about availability when you reach out about your rental dates.
